Since we had such an amazing personal experience with our home install with Austin’s, we decided to use them for our business as well. I bought a building in 2023 and the first HVAC company did duct work and tried to “fix” the old units but they kept dying. That’s when I decided to see if Austin’s does commercial work. They do! Omar came out and tried to piece together our Frankenstein units so we didn’t have to buy several new systems and he definitely tried his best but the units were too old. When we finally decided to replace the units they came out within the week and it was installed so quick that I didn’t even realize it was in…and our office is now cooling (and heating) amazingly!
Oh my goodness, ten stars isn’t enough!I am so grateful that I had my new air-conditioning and new heater ordered and installed by AUSTINS last fall. They gave me the best quality with a great price and not only that but the customer service is truly 10 star.I was a little hot today and so I called AUSTINS, and SETH & CARLOS dashed right over, within 10 minutes— as they thought there was something to fix. But it turned out it was just my old filter which was FULL of lint and so they replaced it. Now my house is back to nice and cool. I felt bad to have bothered them for such a little thing, and it was truly my error, but they were so happy to help and told me again how to change my new filters.I am so glad that I chose Austin’s!!! Every single one of the team are the nicest people in the whole world!!!
A coworker recommended this company and now I'm recommending them to everyone! Don't go to anyone else who will just try to sell you a new unit and not give you the real reason why your HVAC isn't working. Austin's performed the work at a way more reasonable price than any other company that quoted me.Carlos, Victor and Omar are all outstanding when they came out to service our equipment. Carlos recommended a coil replacement and Omar was out today and installed it and now my wife and daughter are going to have to wear parkas inside the house!Outstanding Company period.....
My AC stopped cooling right in the middle of summer, but thankfully Austin's was quick to respond to my need. They were extremely flexible in scheduling an immediate repair. They showed up on time, figured out the problem in minutes, and had everything up and running again without any hassle. Super friendly, honest about the costs, and fast! I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely call them again if I ever need help. Highly recommend!
