Jason was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly. Fixed my whole house fan and cleaned AC coils while he also checked the condition and operation of the unit and parts. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
I’ll make this short. When everything goes well, Pearce is awesome! When there’s a concern regarding work done, the staff becomes condescending, rude, they don’t listen, they deflect, blame others, and accept responsibility. Word of mouth goes far. They have some abysmal ratings on the BBB website. They screwed my mom and me out of money and they don’t care one bit. Awful!!!***Update on 2/18/26***Pearce reiterated my points and the points that other reviews have made. They 100% REFUSE to accept any criticism. If they can't handle it, then either close up shop or find a way to deal with criticism. Every single person makes mistakes, including your company! Interesting how it was mentioned in their response about the "full situation." Pearce is the one that refuses to admit that a mistake was made. So, it's laughable that they want to mention the "full situation" when in actuality all they want to do is argue that they never make mistakes. Plus it's not acceptable to mention a customer's last name like they did in my Yelp review. That isn't information they should share unless the customer did in their review or in their profile name. It comes across as shaming and threatening. I'll report them for doing so. Plus, an A+ rating with the BBB is misleading. They have bad reviews there. The A+ just reflects the fact that the BBB almost always sides with the businesses. The customer’s reviews are what matter. Pearce doesn’t care about customers unless they worship them in their reviews.
I have been using Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning for a year now. I work in the sales side of business and often pay attention to small details of excellent customer service. Kevin was polite kind and efficient. He took time to explain the different options we had and thoughtfully answered my questions. 5 star service I would recommend them to my friends colleagues and neighbors.
