Our furnace was making funny noises and blowing cold air. We called to make an appointment on Saturday and got one for Monday. Ken was able to find the problem almost immediately and fixed it with very little cost to us. He explained the problem in words I could understand. He offered a maintenance plan and a thermostat upgrade with no pressure, just being informative, so that I could discuss it with my husband and make a decision together. Ken was super kind and we will be using All Seasons for all of our heating and cooling needs from this day forward.

Ken came to my house and gave a thorough explanation of my furnace and how my thermostat works. He walked through each part of the service and gave his opinion about the system. I signed up for a maintenance plan, because I could tell that All Seasons hires quality, honest technicians who really know their stuff.

Oscar, Steve and Will helped install a new heating system after ours had broken down. They were very friendly and knowledgeable when answering any questions we had. They were quick and efficient and left everything looking better than before. They even replaced a burnt out light bulb in our garage! Great service all around. Everything was fantastic Jolene. Triston was thoughtful, courteous, friendly and he found an answer to the problem. All in all we were very pleased with your service including you Jolene. You guys both were right on target and we really appreciate the follow-through and glad we finally found someone we feel comfortable with to take care of our HVAC needs. We got a new fireplace installed this fall that we love and it's working fine. Eventually we'll probably have you take a look at that on an annual or biannual basis. You weren't the first people we called but you were the best performers by far and away. By that I mean no one else has called us back yet and it's been almost a week so good for you guys at four seasons.. you know how to make it happen! Happy New Year to you and everybody at your shop.

Ken was nothing short of amazing. He arrived on time and asked about my observations. Within 5 minutes he developed a solid theory; the contacts on the main relay had failed. He further guessed a bug had crawled into the relay and shorted the contacts. He was correct. The relay was replaced with an enclosed relay to ensure the "bug short" never happened again and my heat pump was functional within 30 minutes. The truly amazing part is Ken accurately guessed at the exact beetle that caused the short. I can only assume that comes from years of local experience.
