Very good experience with the company, I have look around and have lots of quotes from different companies and finally I chooses general heating to install my heat pump and new furnace all because of Roni. Good guy to talk to, very knowledgeable and everything done to my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.
When our heating suddenly stopped working during a cold drop in temperature, we were really worried—especially with young kids at home. We called, and RONI made time at the end of his day to come help, which was such a relief. RONI was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on, and he made sure the heat was fully fixed before leaving. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure me and my kids were warm and comfortable. The service was fast, thorough, and honestly above and beyond what I expected. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend them.
Horrible Experience! The staff was very rude. There was zero customer service and after-sales service.When I inquired about a new installation, their representatives wanted to visit the house the same evening for an estimate. However, after installation, I called them to fix a problem (under warranty), and the guy on the phone said, "I have a very busy schedule, I will let you know when I am free," and he never contacted me.My family and kids were freezing with no heat and had no choice but to hire another company to fix the problem and had to pay out of pocket. Please read all the negative reviews, and save yourself time and money!
