From start to finish the experience was extremely positive. JC, the representative who came out to discuss my options was super friendly and more important, provided sound advice in detail. The furnace installation was booked for the next day and went off without a hitch. The installation guys were also friendly and professional and done and cleaned up in about 3 hours. I've never enjoyed spending money sooo much!! 5 stars for this company and I would not hesitate to refer them to family, friends and neighbors!

We learned the hard way that a furnace is only as good as the people who install it. This was our second furnace replacement—Our previous furnace didn’t fail, but it was installed improperly, which caused ongoing issues and required multiple service calls and part replacements within the first year. Energy Clean exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Mahan assessed the issue honestly and laid out real options. Jason clearly explained the difference between repairing vs replacing, which helped us make the right decision with confidence. The installation team, Vali and Mo, arrived early, waited respectfully before ringing the bell, and installed the furnace properly and with care—something that actually matters long-term. I also want to acknowledge the owner, Sam. Even without meeting him, it’s obvious his leadership shows through his team. They work like a family, and that’s why they genuinely care about customers. Last but not least, every appointment was confirmed with follow-up text reminders, which clearly sets them apart from others. Competitive pricing, on time, respectful, and done right. That’s rare. We highly recommend Clean Energy.

From beginning to end, replacing my furnace, air conditioner and water heater was a smooth process with Energy Clean. LeeAnne was pleasant and efficient with handling all the details while JC was very knowledgeable about the systems and installation process, patient in answering all of my questions and prompt in returning my communications. The install team of Raf and Mohan were on time, worked hard and did very clean, professional work while going over and above expectations to ensure the installation was done properly. Special recognition for their positive attitude (this applies to everyone involved to be honest).
