I had a new Lennox Furnace, Humidifier and Hot Water Tank installed today. The crew, Jenessy and Gerome, arrived in the morning and worked right through to 7:00 p.m. They covered the floors with protective carpets for removal and delivery of the units. The installation was done to perfection. Air leaks in the existing ductwork were sealed. Both gentlemen were polite and informative and gave a full and detailed overview of the new system. I was very pleased with the work and look forward to a warm winter. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I wanted to share my very postive experience.Through the Brampton Costco preferrred vendor portal I was referred to Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. Just from that process alone I felt confident choosing Husky. Costco would not endorse a vendor if they did not have a solid reputation and standard of excellence.In my initial conversation with Dmitri he was very straight forward and transparent. He laid out three options for me and advised the pricing. He also highlighted the Costco member incentives. I very much appreciated his approach and high level of customer service.The installers Edyn and Ersa did a great job today. They were able to complete the installation in the timeframe they advised. During and after the completion of the job they kept my home clean which was very much appreciated. Lastly they showed me how to use my Smart Thermometer which was quite helpful.I would highly reccomend Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. I plan on using them again in the future.
The installer named Francisco and his colleague were great. Even rolled out floor protectors for wood floors. I have never seen such attention to detail and clean work from any trades person. Highly recommend. No high pressure sales tactics from Dimitri. Just a good price with clear explanation of what I need it and why I need it. Pleasure to deal with. Will be a repeat customer, but in 20 years when I need another furnace.
