We had a great experience purchasing a heat pump and furnace from LG Home Comfort. Shawn, our sales rep, was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he suggested leveraging the Canada Greener Homes loan, which really helped us with cash flow/financing. The system was estimated and sized properly, and it’s been working great so far, even through a very cold winter. We got 4–5 quotes before deciding and found LG Home Comfort to offer the best overall value. Very happy with the outcome.

They were professional, efficient and very respectful of our home. Even though they had to work in a tight and challenging space, they made it happen. The installer Zaman and Soni was amazing throughout the day of the installation. They made sure to explain and walked us through the installation process. They cleaned up after everything was done. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and so friendly as well. Two thumbs up to these guys for their amazing job!

Had a horrible time with LG comfort. They butchered my ceilings, broke my laundry vent covers outside, left my ceilings a complete dirty mess, and cut through my deck post to run their exhausts. Which is now full of water because they didnt slope the exhaust correctly. Took them weeks to respond to even get back to me. Was promised compensation and never got it or heard back. They did fix the drywall weeks later. I do not recommend, I will never work with them again.
