Maple Air has been great to work with -- their magnet was on our HVAC unit so when we had an issue, we figured we'd give them a call. They were responsive, great communication, and the service techs were friendly and helped us figure out what was going on. We ended up having another (separate) issue and same experience. They credit service calls to the repair work and have been reasonable to deal with. We now plan on signing up for their maintenance package.
