Maple Air - Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I recently contracted Maple Air for a comprehensive mechanical retrofit of my home. The scope of work required the replacement of my home's primary HVAC systems with a Carrier Performance two-stage gas furnace, a 4-ton Midea cold-climate heat pump, a Rinnai dedicated tankless water heater, and a Panasonic Intelli-Balance ERV. ?The quoting process managed by Masoud was iterative, transparent, and fact-based. I presented strict technical parameters regarding my home's air-tight envelope, square footage, and high-volume domestic hot water demand (six occupants). Rather than pushing a standardized package, Masoud engaged in a rigorous HVAC system review. He honestly assessed the limitations of an initial tankless combi-boiler concept to replace a unrepairable Enercare Polaris35 boiler and facilitated a pivot to a superior hybrid heating and dedicated tankless architecture. He answered all my questions, including hypothetical ones seeking to creatively leverage existing infrastructure as an indirect tank for example. Later, when I leveraged competitor pricing, Masoud remained objective and professional. He matched the exact equipment tiers, and won the contract through transparent pricing without hidden administrative or credit card fees. ?The operational execution matched the precision of the planning phase. Ripping out and replacing an entire mechanical room is a massive undertaking. The installation crew arrived on time, managed the complex re-piping and venting requirements, and successfully commissioned all four major appliances in exactly two days. The final physical setup is clean, organized, and they freed up so much more space in my utility room. ?Maple Air demonstrated high-level technical competence, professionalism, and commercial honesty throughout the entire acquisition and installation cycle. Maple Air has been great to work with -- their magnet was on our HVAC unit so when we had an issue, we figured we'd give them a call. They were responsive, great communication, and the service techs were friendly and helped us figure out what was going on. We ended up having another (separate) issue and same experience. They credit service calls to the repair work and have been reasonable to deal with. We now plan on signing up for their maintenance package.
