I installed a four zone, four head Tosot heat pump for my old house in downtown. Amir and Arsalan were amazingly helpful in guiding me through my brand selection and size/qty decision. The installation team was also very communicative and checked in with me for all the setup and placement decisions. The system is working much better than I expected and I’m quite pleased with the process and the outcome. Highly recommend these folks.
We had a Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump installed as well as a heat pump style hot water heater. ONAS was also able to arrange an electrical 100A to 200A amp service and panel upgrade as it was needed for other installations. They did have to come back a couple of times to correct some wiring issues, but that was not totally unexpected as we have an older house and the wiring is not always obvious or easy to trace. Getting the job done correctly in the end is the most important part, and that is what they did. I would recommend them as the customer service was great and the workers friendly. Pricing is competitive.
A day after contacting onas, i got a energy advisor that came in and set me up with rebates and i had my natural gas hot water tank replaced with electric one! Great job by onas team
