Andre at Foss Came to our rescue with very little notice during a cold week in February. I was at work at the time and my wife was not confident to deal with the situation, but he did a great job of communicating with her and making her feel at ease. He kept in constant contact with me while I was at work. He was very transparent about the repairs to our very old gas heater and gave me several options to work with. He got our heat back on in time for my wife to get to her job. She later told me that if we ever need more repairs we have to get Andre again.
I have dealt with Foss Heating for 21 years. Didn’t even price shop. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Knowledgeable; professional; polite; prompt; flexible.
