Coastal Heat Pumps

I asked them to come out and give me a price on a new heat pump. The sales person waa prompt, courteous and far more thorough than any of heir competitors. He was the only one to discover that , although it looked like, with 17 registers and separate 5" ducts to each one, i had 2 conditions that meant I only had 1000cfm of air...not enough for the 3 ton 36000 btu unit everyone else thought I should buy.

My experience with Coastal started off rough, and I’ll be honest, took far longer than expected and required around six service visits to fully resolve the issues with a brand new furnace installation. It was frustrating at times, especially having no heat over the cold holidays and needing that level of troubleshooting and adjustment on a new unit. That said, what ultimately stood out was Grant and Jeff’s persistence and commitment to making it right. They didn’t walk away from the problem. They continued to show up, investigate thoroughly, and work through each issue until the system was operating properly. They were responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the process. Since everything was resolved, the furnace has been working well, and I do appreciate the resilience and accountability they showed in standing behind their work. That level of follow-through matters, and it’s why I would definitely recommend Coastal to others.

Costal Heat Pumps installed a unit in our home over the past two days (Thanks to Craig who set up the contract and helped us decide what type of system to install). They removed the old oil furnace and tank and installed a new duct-type unit. It is working beautifully. The crew was fantastic.
