Green Coast Heat Pumps Inc

We had a great experience working with Darcy and the Green Coast team to get our heart pump installed. Would definitely recommend them! We chose Green Coast over the competition because from the initial assessment they were more insightful and thought of a system that would work better for our needs. We were also impressed by their customer service, and their fair pricing. The entire process has been well executed and we are very happy with our Fujitsu heat pump. The neighbour says he can't even hear it. Darcy went above and beyond to make sure all our wishes and needs were met, and that everything went smoothly. His dedication to customer service really stands out and we are very grateful for the treatment we received from him and his team.

I recently had a heat pump installed in my home by Green Coast Heat Pumps Inc (GCHP). They did a superb job within the expected time frame at a reasonable price. In fact, they finished the job half a day earlier than anticipated. Darcy, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable about the industry. He kept me informed from the time we met for an estimate to the final touch of the installation. He was always prompt to answer any questions I had. Before selecting GCHP, I interviewed other companies, and I felt that Green Coast Heat Pumps was by far the best suited for my needs and expectations. Darcy together with Jay and Santiago did an excellent job installing the entire system. They were punctual, polite, respectful and tidy. They always protected and cleaned the areas of the house where they worked. I am very happy with GCHP and I highly recommend them.

Darcy was extremely helpful in analyzing our home to make sure we had the right units and power to efficiently heat and cool our house. He even worked over a long weekend to provide a proper quote and took the time to explain why specific units were the best fit for us, unlike other vendors who came in and out without doing the necessary calculations. We really appreciated his thoroughness and clear explanations. The installation was flawless. The team arrived on time both days, explained each step of the process, and walked us through how everything works once it was complete. They cleaned up after themselves, and the final result was perfectly installed, with great attention to detail, even the cable management around the outdoor unit was neat and tidy. Jay and Santiago were also wonderful to work with, professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the process. We highly recommend Green Coast Heat Pump to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and high-quality installation experience, from the first quote to the final setup.

I was referred to Darcy at Green Coast Heat Pumps and I have been thoroughly impressed. Darcy presented true to his reputation of an honest, forthright person that stands behind his work. His employee Jay did an outstanding job on the heat pump installation and was able to troubleshoot any issues. They did as Darcy promised, the showed up on the day he he said, took the time he said and charged exactly what he stated. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed and provided the necessary invoices and receipts. I highly recommend Darcy Cross and Green Coast Heat Pumps for your heat pump/ hvac needs. !! Shane S.

Great install. Tidy and clean work. Professional communication. Darcy suggested a configuration that works best for our house - no other quotes provided did that. Best of all: we're cozy! Darcy went above and beyond to make sure the system qualified for cleanBC rebates and the federal loan. Thanks Darcy and crew!
