Hats Off Heating and Air Conditioning Repair & Service

It’s rare these days to come across a company that truly restores your faith in honest businesses doing quality work, it’s hard to come by but Hat’s Off did exactly that. Donald, Evan, and the entire team are absolute gems — kind, respectful, hard working, honest, and genuinely committed to helping others. The girls on the phones throughout the entire process were clear, straightforward, and thoughtful, making sure everything was fully understood every step of the way. Donald clearly takes immense pride in his business and it shows in every interaction. He goes above and beyond for his customers, putting their needs first and delivering service with real passion and integrity. What stands out most is how humble and genuine everyone is. This isn’t just a company doing a job — it’s a team that truly cares about the people they serve. In a world where good service can feel rare, Hat’s Off delivers something even better: trust, reliability, and peace of mind. There’s nothing better than the gift of heat, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again or recommend them to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service. So very thankful ??

Hats Off Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our heat pump water heater. The technicians were professional, and knowledgeable. They did not rush, and ensured the job was done properly and that there were no problems or questions before they left. A heat pump water heater is not cheap, but I felt I got the best value for the money from Hats Off.

Spectacular assessment and diagnostic. Evan had great service. Everything was explained in detail, in writing, step by step, clear and to the point. Very pleased. The install of the system was painless. They came through, did the job and didn’t leave a trace. Really great work all around.

These guys are the BEST! Prompt service, job done right, clean, neat, on time, they work with you - just a great company to work with. Bo and his crew did a wonderful job removing the old Geothermal System (garage and attic), installed the new one, new ground water pump, new vents in the room over our garage (which is now a climate controlled hobby room), put in a new thermostat - the works. Was afraid our 28 year old system would go out any day, and it was getting really cold out. Glad we chose Hats Off - we have been warm all winter, and looking forward to being cool all summer... and with lower heating & cooling costs too!
