He came out to assess some moisture I noticed in my ceiling upstairs, and from the moment he arrived, he was incredibly thorough and professional. He didn’t just look at the obvious issue. He checked the water pressure, inspected all of the bathrooms, and really took the time to evaluate everything carefully.Mike is extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Great service. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our heater. He explained the problem clearly and was able to fix it during the visit. Our heater is now working perfectly. We really appreciate his knowledge and efficiency.
just use Mauzy to replace an angle valve under my laundry room sink. Joshua Kennerson came out and did a great job. I'd give him 6 out of 5 starts! he was efficient and took the time to check the rest of the house and make sure all the air was let out of the line and nothing went wrong. I think he really went above and beyond and I absolutely would use Mauzy again and specifically Joshua!
