Robert Westmoreland did a superb job on a different kind of HVAC job. He replaced the compressor on my swimming pool heater. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He left the working area in clean and picked up area……. Maybe better than when he started. We are very pleased with the service from the Danco Company.

Customer service is also always a pleasure to talk to, and are just as equally friendly and professional. We have a service contract to where they come out and check the systems biannually, as we have an AC and gas furnace, a wonderful way to not only keep your systems up to date and working, but peace of mind knowing our systems have been looked at, taken care of, and are fit for whatever extremes the summer of winter brings. Great customer service followed by on time arrival of Techs and communication throughout everyone i had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with. I wasn’t present the day of the installation, but my spouse was though, and she explained that everything went smoothly, techs communicated well with her. Reason for fours stars is because apparently whomever was in the attic unintentionally cut too close to the ceiling light while preparing the placement for the new air duct in our garage to room conversion. So we currently at the moment have half of a rectangle cut into our ceiling, but have been informed they will be in touch to repair the accidental trim they made. Overall my expectations were met besides the one mistake they made, but were all bound to trial and error in life, and they communicated about the incident which we greatly appreciated rather than them be silent about it and us later noticing it by surprise.
