I had nothing but the best experience with Otter. They replaced my furnace and were total professionals. It couldn't have been an easy job as it was in a high-up, weird location. Very friendly fellows Ali, Mike and Vlad. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Otter HVAC clearly prioritizes customer service. I needed cleaning of my gas wall heater and they quickly gave me a fair quote. On inspection they found it needed replacement, all the while being very courteous with clear explanations. I received lower quotes, but after researching the company and my positive experience, I chose Otter. Again, they were courteous and respectful during the replacement, leaving the area well cleaned up. They did a great job on the replacement and our interaction. Highly recommended.

I'd a great experience with Otter HVAC. Roman came out to view my projects and he was very professional, and quoted a good price. Nate came to do the project and he was very friendly, worked efficiently and completed the job beyond my expectations. I finally have 2 TVs with no visible electrical wires and they look so much better now. The only thing I needed to do was spackle and paint.
