We were a bit concerned with the scheduling process at first after receiving a text from Perfect Star the day before our appointment that made us unsure if the installation was actually happening as planned. Thankfully, Gustavo Martinez, the Electrical Division Manager, completely turned that experience around for us.Gustavo arrived to install our hardwired EV charger and immediately carried himself with professionalism and confidence. During the install, he discovered he was missing a part needed to complete the job, but he never made us feel worried or inconvenienced. Instead, he stayed focused, calm, and solution-oriented the entire time.Even when my wife was understandably a bit snarky about the scheduling confusion, Gustavo remained patient, respectful, and kind. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to educate us throughout the installation process. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and always had a smile on his face, which honestly helped put us at ease.By the end of the visit, Gustavo had completely won our confidence. We genuinely feel lucky that he was the one assigned to our installation that day. What stood out most was his professionalism no matter the circumstances. JT, Tyler & Mark were professional and respectful of the house. They took the time to inform us of how to use our new T-stat and connect it to the WiFi. Their installation was neat and clean and we couldn’t be happier.
Nick is a very kind and competent professional who answers all questions and concerns with complete accuracy. Modern HVAC systems seem to require a systems engineering degree to service them, and Nick has no issues dealing issue of a faulty sensor that caused the blower fan to run continuously at high speed. The issue has been addressed, now we will see how long it stays fixed. This was warranty service on a system that is less than two months old.
Perfect Star replaced our furnace a couple years ago after our previous one gave out (It was the original to the home, so about 20 years old!). They were very thorough, communicative, and efficient with the install. They took lots of pictures to show the the old furnace and explain why it needed to be replaced, as well as pictures of the new one once installed. They also offer financing options for those (like us) that can't afford to pay out of pocket for a large home expense all at once. Additionally, we signed up for their maintenance plan, so a tech comes out every year to do a check-up/tune-up on the system to make sure everything is looking good and in proper working order. The first time they came for a check-up - they alerted us that a different business that did some work in our home (Installed ceiling fans in bedrooms and exhaust fans in bathrooms) after the furnace was installed, did some shoddy work and tied an exhaust fan ducting into the furnace ducting which was unsafe and causing a leak/water pooling. I was able to get the other company to come make it right thankfully, but had it not been for Perfect Star, we never would have known what was happening up there and it probably would have led to huge problems down the line, so very thankful for them. We just had our annual tune-up today and our tech Anthony was super friendly, super kind and patient with my overly friendly husky lol, and was efficient but took his time to look over everything. Nothing but positive things to say, super glad we went with Perfect Star!
