We recently worked with Gio H. and had an excellent experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all our questions. He clearly explained our options, helped us choose the right system for our home and budget, and there was never any pressure or upselling. We haven’t had the install yet, but anticipate it going smoothly.

We were a bit concerned with the scheduling process at first after receiving a text from Perfect Star the day before our appointment that made us unsure if the installation was actually happening as planned. Thankfully, Gustavo Martinez, the Electrical Division Manager, completely turned that experience around for us. Gustavo arrived to install our hardwired EV charger and immediately carried himself with professionalism and confidence. During the install, he discovered he was missing a part needed to complete the job, but he never made us feel worried or inconvenienced. Instead, he stayed focused, calm, and solution-oriented the entire time. Even when my wife was understandably a bit snarky about the scheduling confusion, Gustavo remained patient, respectful, and kind. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to educate us throughout the installation process. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and always had a smile on his face, which honestly helped put us at ease. By the end of the visit, Gustavo had completely won our confidence. We genuinely feel lucky that he was the one assigned to our installation that day. What stood out most was his professionalism no matter the circumstances. We would not hesitate to reach out to Gustavo with any follow-up questions because he made us feel comfortable doing so.
