Says the company is 24 hours. Called, left information with the robot told us to await a technician call. Eventually got a text with a link to “speed the process,” which asked for our card, charged it immediately, did not speed the process. Almost 12 hours later, no call from a technician STILL, no human on the phone, emailed for a refund which was processed still without human contact. Could not recommend this company less.
Eric and his team are amazing. Had an AC system replaced. Great communication from first quote to job completion. They have replaced the systems for 2 of the 3 zones and I would definitely use them for the final zone.
They installed a new hood range vent in my kitchen, vented it outside. Super super satisfied with it.I’m sure it’s not one of their every day jobs, but for anyone who is looking to have this done or something similar, look no further
