I am blown away by the integrity of Matthew Iadeluca at Prime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Two previous companies missed a completely disconnected main supply line—a visual fix that was costing us 80% of our heat—and instead tried to scam us into a $40,000 replacement. Matthew not only found the issue instantly but rolled up his sleeves to help my husband reconnect it. He even stayed to make sure the house started warming up. He showed a lot of respect for my husband’s career as a firefighter and treated us with genuine kindness.
