Same day service for an almost 16 year old 40 gallon leaking hot water heater. Oh what fun. The price was the price. Could have tried argueing and/or could have looked for cheaper but I wanted the job done and I wanted to be confident I would be happy with the job/service. It was made sure I had a good connection for the drainage hose for flushing and all was accessible. Professionals should be paid for knowing their service. I am confident that if I have an issue it will not be due to the installation. Thank you American Heating!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

I randomly came across American Heating Service online and decided to give them a try — I’ve now used them twice, and both experiences have been excellent. From the first call, the woman who answered was friendly, organized, and professional. I really appreciated how well they communicated — I received text confirmations the day I booked, the day before the appointment, and again 15 minutes before the technician arrived.

My technician, Ron M, was outstanding. You never know what you’re going to get when someone comes to your home, but he was courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. He’s local to the area, showed up clean and well-dressed, and worked efficiently. Ron installed three zones using my Ecobee for me and got everything done quickly and neatly.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both great service and great communication — but American Heating Service does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone for reliable, professional HVAC work.
