Excellent experience with Jason and Rick. They provided a great service and explained everything as they inspected my house for energy efficiencies. Rick even adjusted a few doors which were not closing properly. I really appreciate all there work and the experience was amazing. Hi, I was very satisfied with my energy audit conducted by your employee, Karl Trella. He came at the pre-appointed time promptly and I appreciated that. He couldn’t have been nicer. He respected my home and explained everything he was about to do, before doing it.He’s a good employee and you should give him a raise, so that you don’t loose him. He is an asset to your company, giving it great PR value, which you may not even be aware of. Good employees are worth keeping.I learned a lot from witnessing his experienced skillset. I called Valiant today to look into signing up for a yearly routine inspection on my oil furnace. I had the pleasure of talking to Debra DiBlasi today. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what the service contract entailed. I have never dealt with this company before, but I did hear good things about them. So far, I am impressed with their customer service.
I would give him 10 stars if I could! He was prompt, knowledgable, warm and friendly! He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and how he planned to resolve. He arrived very shortly after we called. Outstanding service! Thank you, Ben!Also, Antonio came the same day because the furnace issue was actually a plumbing issue. While he was there, he also fixed our toilet. Very kind, clean and efficient and highly knowlegable.

Our appointment was set for Dec 2025 and We were very pleased with getting texts and phone calls of there eta.Karl , Radamus and Andrew were very professional and neat and explained in detail what they would be doing. They were very cautious with our 2 curious cats and even wore booties in our home.Thank you.Just a side note: The individual that schedules the appointment should inform homeowners what will be done during the visit so that homeowners can move stuff around so your staff have room to do their job. Some of our fragile stuff was scattered and not put back properly.. Thank Goodness nothing broke.
