Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prepared for his visit to help us in repairing the furnace when we lost heat after the power outage. I had two small children aged one and two and Gramma was concerned about their safety without the heat. Nick got it going, replaced the capacitor which was bad, and replaced the filters which was also needed. He checked to see how much return was coming out of the registers and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Thank you so much!
