We decided to go with Delta for several reasons. Tammy H. provided exceptional knowledge and transparency when assessing our current HVAC equipment and needs with the utmost integrity. The installation team, Eric and Andy, were wonderful. They completed the job carefully and skillfully, ensuring that everything was set up in the most effective and efficient way. They took time to replace seals on the AC connection to the furnace and also removed an old pvc pipe drain tube and re-routed the condensation drain tubing in a much more convenient and less conspicuous location than had been done with the original builder's installation. Huge thanks for that! The time taken to go over the new thermostat and ensure everything was operating correctly, plus the tips they provided for what to expect as "normal" in the first 24 hours using the new furnace were invaluable. This was replacing a 20 year-old, single-stage Lennox with a new dual stage, Lennox, and we couldn't have been happier. We also liked the choice of warranty coverage. That was an option we hadn't expected. Delta Air Systems is a terrific local company that has great business principles and a trustworthy team. We're happy to have found a great new HVAC company to work with for years to come.

I called just about every HVAC in KW, and Jordan at Delta was a gem! She asked questions no one else did, to figure out the best solution and offer the right fix. She then sent Tanya the same day, equally wonderful lady! Tanya was straight up about the best way to go about replacing our broken furnace. They gave me a seriously good price, no hidden fees, full service, premium brand, digital thermostat, and got it installed 48hrs later!Mitch, Eric and Andy rang the door bell just before 9, laid out protective mats everywhere, and got to work right away. They took no breaks and finished just before 1:30. They cleaned up and left the place cleaner than before lol. Honestly great energy, the guys were chatting and laughing and drillin away.Glad we got this done with a honest good Canadian company. I had my AC replaced with a heat pump and the work was done by Delta Air Systems. The installers, Tyler and Richard, were fantastic and so meticulous with their work. They put down runners to protect the inside, they cleaned up inside and outside, explained my new Ecobee thermostat and helped me understand how everything works as it is a very different system than what I had. My house is now cool and I could not be happier with the install and service. Excellent job Delta, keep up the great work! I would recommend them to everyone.
