I was really excited to purchase a new heat pump and furnace and humidifier from Dunn Electrical. The day of install went well. The team arrived and worked hard until 8pm. They were kind and clean. My thermostat however was not connecting to the heat pump properly. I was told they would have to come back another day to connect it. Kind of annoying as I would need to be off work and available for them to attend my house again but these things happen. 3 days later they came back and installed a new thermostat. Everything seemed to be working properly so they left. Again they were very pleasant to deal with. Within an hour I noticed the heat wasn’t working. Only the fan was running. I tried some adjustments but nothing worked. Around 1pm I called Dunn and explained the situation. They told me that they could come the next day. I said no way. I had a working furnace until they came and now I had no heat and it was 11 degrees in my house. I’m a single mom with a child and pets and the need to have someone comeback and fix what they messed up. At 8pm someone came. He was able to fix the furnace so it was running again. The told me someone would have to come back the next day to fix something. I had to arrange someone to be at my home the next day for a technician to come again. That evening I received a call yah a technician would have to come to move a safety switch. Well now I was annoyed. I work Monday to Friday and was annoyed about a 5th service call. I set up the appointment for a week away when I could have someone at my house for me. 2 days later I luckily went to my basement and found water leaking near my water heater. Upon inspection I saw that it was coming from the tubing for my newly installed humidifier. I called Dunn yet again and they set up an appointment for the next day which I again had to arrange someone to be at my house for. I was able to put a bucket under the leak otherwise there would have been a huge amount of water. They came the next day to fix that leak. Again. The technician was very nice and helpful. Today they came to fix the switch I was told needed to be moved. The technician came and had no idea what needed to be done. The person from Dunn who called and told me this switch needed to be done had told me they would have all the information in the service ticket. Not the case since the technician that came didn’t know what was supposed to be done. So another day I had to arrange for someone to be at my house wasted. Also several days after the removal and install process a ton of screws and drill bits were found in my driveway where the Dunn truck had been parked. Fortunately I didn’t get any in my tire! Overall a very unpleasant experience with this company. I gave two stars only because everyone I have spoke to have been kind, and pleasant to deal with. There are so many HVAC companies. Find another one

From top to bottom, the folks at Dunn did a magnificent job outfitting me with a new furnace. Henrik was able to revive my old one long enough to keep me from freezing (important!); Josh explained my options very clearly, giving me great advice about the best long-term solution for my home, and answering my questions with friendly enthusiasm; Tanner and Alai were willing to come to my place early on a Saturday, and thanks to their hard work the new furnace was up and running in less than 3 hours. The whole team was excellent--professional, courteous, skilled--and the price was very competitive. Dunn's the one!

Converted from a tank water heater to a tankless model. Dunn was easy to work with and the install went really well. The old tank was taken away and work site was neat and tidy.

Thanks Sean for being early, professional and helpful in resolving our infractions. We have been using Dunn Heating for many years for our heating and cooling needs. When our furnace died in Nov.24, Dunn came and restored our heating very quickly. Unfortunately the finished project including the venting tubes left us with a great amount of disappointment. You can see in the photo how they make the front of our house look. It is not a great resale look.

I’m very happy with the new furnace and central air conditioner! The crew from Dunn showed up on time and did a great job installing the new system. The guys worked hard all day and stayed a bit later to get it finished. Super nice people and great to deal with. They took all the old equipment away and cleaned up after they were done. Thanks!
