Exceptional Customer Service!! From my Emergency call on a Sunday morning to Jenn, the Office Mgr to the Tech Scott who showed up to my house within the hour. Super knowledgeable with no high pressure sales. Less than 24 hours later my new furnace was being installed by two very competent and courteous Installers. They didn’t leave until they walked me through how to set up my new Thermostat. I highly recommend this company and they deserve far more than 5 stars for their exceptional service ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
A friend recommended Markle to me when I had issues with my AC unit. Despite having a protection plan, Reliance refused to repair it and said it was leaking and I needed to get a new unit.Jenn was super helpful and scheduled a tech to come out and investigate. Scott was great and resolved the issue quickly (no leaks found) and the unit is now working great. The service call was very reasonable and a huge savings compared to buying a new AC unit. I am cancelling my Reliance plan and will use Markle from now on. Highly recommend!

We recently had a furnace and heat pump installed by Markle and are so happy with our experience and our purchase! Scott answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. He guided us in our decision to the best possible heating/cooling system for our situation. Markle also accommodated our schedule so we could have insulation blown into our basement at the same time. Everything worked out beautifully, and we’re very grateful! The installers, Nick and Ryan, were excellent and so pleasant to work with. We felt taken care of from the moment they stepped foot in the house. They were careful to protect our flooring, and we were so impressed with their attention to detail. All of our many questions were patiently answered, and we have a system we couldn’t be happier with! An altogether AWESOME experience!
Markle is the best company around. We have an older home and have had a few HVAC issues over the last few years and they are always my first call. Jenn who handles all the scheduling is friendly and knowledgeable and Scott and every other tech we have dealt with are awesome! They are all very friendly, punctual, come out same day for urgent issues and always give a fair price. Highly recommend this company!
