I can’t say enough great things about Tri-City Heating and Cooling! Our old furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend of the year—Saturday evening, of course—and we were incredibly stressed about what to do. We called Tri-City Heating and Cooling, and they came out right away.They quickly assessed the situation and clearly explained our options: repair the existing furnace or replace it with a new one. Because of the age of our furnace, they didn’t have the necessary parts in stock and it would have to be ordered. They were upfront that, either way, we would have to wait until Monday since suppliers were closed for the weekend. We really appreciated their honesty and transparency.What truly impressed us was that they didn’t just leave us to figure it out. They went above and beyond by bringing back multiple space heaters and placing them throughout our home to make sure our family stayed warm until the work week. That level of care and consideration meant so much to us.We decided to move forward with a new furnace. True to their word, they contacted us first thing Monday with pricing, and by Tuesday morning their team was there installing our new system.
