Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise the team's professionalism. One homeowner appreciated practical attic and vent suggestions and said the team did not push a new AC system; that homeowner also noted shoe covers, lint removal from a detached dryer vent and photos showing where the vent was.

Customer Reviews

Eric OBrien

Vortex Heating & Air Solutions did a great assessment and even gave me suggestions to improve my attic and vent system. They never tried to push a brand-new AC system on me; instead, they gave me practical ways to improve what I currently have. On the day of the job, they wore shoe covers, did excellent work, and cleaned out years of lint in our detached dryer vent. Afterwards, they showed me the installation pictures and walked me through exactly where to find the dryer vent. Highly recommend their honest and professional service!

Vortex did an excellent job installing both of our HVAC systems. Our old system was about 20 years old, and we’d had several companies come out for repair and replacement estimates. Vortex stood out right away—they offered fair pricing for both options and clearly explained what our system needed. After walking us through the financing incentives, we decided to replace the entire system. The installation team was prompt, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Their skill and attention to detail really showed—honestly, it’s the best installation quality I’ve seen. Overall, we’re very happy with Vortex and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Vortex Air Solutions. I called because my AC wasn’t cooling, and they immediately asked when they could come over—no hassle at all with scheduling. They serviced my AC quickly and efficiently, and it was good to go in no time. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Professional, responsive, and reliable. I highly recommend them!
