They never tried to push a brand-new AC system on me; instead, they gave me practical ways to improve what I currently have. On the day of the job, they wore shoe covers, did excellent work, and cleaned out years of lint in our detached dryer vent. Afterwards, they showed me the installation pictures and walked me through exactly where to find the dryer vent. Highly recommend their honest and professional service!

Vortex did an excellent job installing both of our HVAC systems. Our old system was about 20 years old, and we’d had several companies come out for repair and replacement estimates. Vortex stood out right away—they offered fair pricing for both options and clearly explained what our system needed.

After walking us through the financing incentives, we decided to replace the entire system. The installation team was prompt, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Their skill and attention to detail really showed—honestly, it’s the best installation quality I’ve seen.
