I really lucked out this time. My AC was out and I looked for 'same day service', cause it was hot! CB Air came out to help within an hour of my call. Turns out the dirt dabbers made a home in the mother board, (I'm sure that's not the technical name :) but is was a mess. )They had to order the parts and they came right back out and got it fixed quickly on the second trip.All the men were courteous and personable, helping me understand the problem...showed me pictures, and talked me through it.And I will add, the scheduling crew worked with me to get me the times I needed.Great service. Give them a try.
The crew was great very professional they cleaned up and put everything back in place. Extremely polite and friendly. A very nice experience. I would like to say thanks to Belinda for all her help and the crew Joe,Dallin,Edgar,Miguel and Israel you guys are great.
Pre install-Brendan and Belinda were absolutely outstanding to work with. Brendan came out to give us a bid on our gas furnace HVAC system and was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail and made sure we truly understood the options and the bid itself. Belinda was just as amazing. She patiently answered all of our questions and made the entire process feel smooth and organized.What really stood out is that they both went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in our decision. Brendan even personally went to pick up the unit so we could have installation completed in less than 24 hours. That level of service and urgency meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful for their responsiveness, integrity, and genuine care. Highly recommend!For the install-Edgar and Dallin did an excellent job with our installation today. They were professional, kind, and extremely courteous from start to finish. They took great care of our home by putting tarps down throughout the house to protect our floors, which we really appreciated.At the end of the day, they cleaned up thoroughly, swept everything up, and even double-checked the entire area to make sure nothing was left behind or messy. That level of attention to detail truly stood out. They also answered all of my questions and were very patient in explaining everything. We are so grateful for their hard work and the care they showed in our home. Highly recommend!
CB Air Conditioning came out and did a fantastic job fixing an issue a previous company failed to diagnose correctly. Belinda was excellent in getting the tech out in a timely manner and I really appreciated her following up the next day to make sure we were taken care of. The technician Kaleb did a great job finding the issue and getting it fixed in a timely manner. Thank you.
As usual CB AC and Heat was on time, courteous and clean. After completing the service Kaleb put everything back in place and removed the old filters. The UV light Kaleb added at the last service took care of the issue we had.
