If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about the people they serve, I can’t recommend Hart HVAC and Electrical enough. From the very first call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. They didn’t try to upsell or rush the job — they focused on doing it right. The workmanship was top-notch, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and genuine customer care the way they do.

"It’s always a pleasure working with Josh. He’s knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy." Josh shared his knowledge regarding airflow within our home. He explained additional steps to take to help rectify our problem by utilizing features within in our new system. I called for the appointment on Friday, he arrived on the following Monday! Great customer service.

Brian arrived ahead of schedule and completed installation of our new Trane unit without incident. He is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I asked him about the installation and he was gracious enough to give me the information.
