Phil and Alex were a godsend after our old furnace suddenly gave up the ghost. Professional, knowledgeable and kind, they installed a new furnace the very next day,. Everything is running well and we're toasty warm again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services!

I called them at 7:30 am Christmas Eve. Alex showed up that morning by 10 am. He explained to me the history of the 21 year old furnace we had and possible problems he might find. He took metre readings and had to shut the furnace down. We were very thankful because the readings were outrageous. Our gas fireplace pilot light wouldn’t ignite so Alex spent about an hour cleaning up the fireplace and got it going for us. Very thankful for that. A new furnace was needed and by the end of December 27th we were enjoying the heat again. Alex and Phil showed up that morning with a new furnace and required duct work and were done by 5pm. They were very professional and respectful of our property. We will be using these guys from now on and highly recommended them to anyone needing furnace and ac work. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Alex and Phill installed a heat pump with mini-splits in our 170 year old farm house. I was initially concerned with the aesthetics of the equipment and how it might look added onto the house. They did a brilliant job at working with me to figure out the best places for exterior drains and interior headers to go. They were transparent on pricing and process and stand behind their work. Can’t ask for a better duo to trust with a project, this is who will be calling going forward for anything heating and cooling related.

Were so happy we chose to use Canadian Elements, after getting six different quotes we found that they were the most down to earth and very competitive with the pricing. We called them and they scheduled us in quickly to replace our air conditioner and furnace, during 30 degree weather we were a little antsy to have it back and they were more than accommodating. They came for one day! Had both the old ones out and new ones in before they went home. Everything is clean and professional looking, wires tucked and plumbing in nice lines.
The guys were tidy and even gave us a red carpet treatment!
Definitely going to be in touch for future projects!
