I am very happy with this company! The repair tech arrived on time, was courteous and answered all my questions. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up. The cost was very reasonable. He's going to look into warranty details for me as the company that installed my furnace completely dropped the ball. I had a pretty bad experience with them so it's been wonderfully refreshing to get such good service from Williams Kool Heat! I've used Williams Kool Heat several times over the last 10 years or so. They have always been professional and their work has been consistently top notch.Today I had a furnace tuneup done to be ready for winter.Work was done by their service technician ELMER. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and kept me apprised throughout his work. He was polite and professional. Excellent customer service!!
