I've always had great service and quality work. They replaced my old leaky water heater in a tight corner of my basement under less than ideal conditions. The replacement was quick and they made it look easy! I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I am very happy with this company! The repair tech arrived on time, was courteous and answered all my questions. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up. The cost was very reasonable. He's going to look into warranty details for me as the company that installed my furnace completely dropped the ball. I had a pretty bad experience with them so it's been wonderfully refreshing to get such good service from Williams Kool Heat! It's also a relief to know I now have someone I can trust to call for maintenance tasks or repairs. A great way to end off the year! Happy New Year and stay cosy! Many thanks to the Williams crew!

So glad I chose Williams Kool Heat to install my humidifier. James did a spectacular job and thoroughly walked me through all use and maintenance instructions. He even helped me find replacement pads on Amazon. My interactions with this service provider were always pleasant and professional. The attention to detail and completeness of the project were very much appreciated. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the pricing model. Will definitely do business with them again.

I've used Williams Kool Heat several times over the last 10 years or so. They have always been professional and their work has been consistently top notch. Today I had a furnace tuneup done to be ready for winter. Work was done by their service technician ELMER. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and kept me apprised throughout his work. He was polite and professional. Excellent customer service!!
