Florjan was excellent, our fifth tech fromCall the Bee following a series of small but important repairs. A small unit on my new water heater was malfunctioning and beeping; Call the Bee did not hesitate to send out a tech within a couple days even though it was possibly going to involve nothing more than a couple buttons. Florjan was super polite and helpful; explained how the unit works; evoked confidence; never looked at me like "women dont understand."
I used the Bee for the first time today, but I can assure you, it will not be my last. I had such a great experience with this company from the great customer service when I called to Darnell the tech.Had an issue with my sump pump which needed immediate attention. It had stopped working and water was starting to come from the utility room where the sump pump is to the finished area of the room. Called the Bee just before noon and someone was at my house by 2:30pm! Darnell (the tech) was heaven sent! He was professional, courteous and most importantly HONEST! Luckily he found that my flow check valve wasn't opening because of debris. He took it off, tested it, and voila, like magic if worked! Many people would've told me I needed to replace the sump pump, which would've been over 1k. Instead I paid the service fee and Darnell went on his way.He gave me a quote for a better unit (current one is from HD) which I have been wanted for quite sometime. Although I did not get the unit today, I certainly will in the near future.I truly am grateful for the prompt and professional service I received today ???? I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services!
We got a quote from and hired Call the Bee, who contracted our plumbing work out to TMS for what should have been a straightforward kitchen sink installation. The experience started off frustrating and had several bumps along the way.First, they arrived with only a garbage disposal and no sink. On the next visit they again arrived without the sink and had to go back to the warehouse to pick it up — only to return with the wrong one. At that point, after multiple delays and scheduling issues, we were already frustrated but decided to move forward just to get the project completed.During the installation the countertops were raised about half an inch off the cabinets in order to make the sink work. That adjustment then required a carpenter to come out to lower the countertops and add trim around the sink as a corrective measure. Initially the trim on one side looked clean and finished while the other side was uneven and poorly caulked, which meant another follow-up was needed to correct the finish work.To their credit, the companies did step in and address the issues. The problems were corrected and the installation was ultimately completed the way it should have been. While the process took longer and required more coordination than expected, they followed through to make things right.In the end we now have a nice new sink installed in our kitchen that looks great. The start of the project was definitely rocky, but I do appreciate that the mistakes were corrected and the final result turned out well.
Tom and Declan did a superb installation! I am impressed at the knowledge and professionalism that they displayed. They were very respectful to my spouse and me. We will recommend them and call the b to others as well.
