I cannot say enough great things about Gonzo Heating & Cooling. With Wilfredo and Andrew who came by… from the very beginning, the entire experience was outstanding. They recently installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system in my home, and the quality of their work exceeded every expectation I had.

The team arrived on time, was professional, respectful of my property, and took the time to explain every step of the installation process. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They treated my home as if it were their own, making sure everything was installed neatly, securely, and with a high level of craftsmanship. The finished work looks incredibly clean and professional.

Their knowledge of HVAC systems was obvious from the start. They patiently answered all of my questions, provided honest recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. Great experience! Professional, reliable company. Prompt communication from the scheduler (Hannah’s great!) and the team of guys that did the repairs were knowledgeable, friendly pros. I scheduled my 2027 service with them the same day. Concerned as I was about the work needed on my HVAC system, the team at Gonzo made the process seamless.

I was referred to Gonzo after the company I used for years stopped servicing CT customers & I had a water heater leaking emergency.
Hannah was amazing with her level of customer service when I initially called & w/ every status follow up after that
Will was the tech sent to the house & was so positive & ready to work even knowing he was going to have at least a 2-3 hr job ahead of him starting at 8pm on a super cold night
The job was completed that night & I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service provided, since that seems to be non-existent a lot these days
