The morning of the snow storm, Sunday 1/25/26, my wife and woke to no heat. I checked the furnace and not knowing what to look for I tried resting it with the power switch, nothing. The man who installed it was not available, and CNG was closed for the day, so what do I do? I then remembered Ugo and his crew installed our new water heater, and what a phenomenal and professional job they did, I got the number from the heater and gave him a call.
Ugo picked up immediately. He said he had no one to come over, but could try and walk me through a few things to see if we could fire it up. After about 45 MINUTES!!!! of his incredible patience , me sending pictures, and him trouble shooting with me over the phone, he got me to fire up the furnace, therefore making my family comfortable for the impending storm.
The time he spent over the phone with me did not even come close to the monetary compensation agreed upon. My wife had said that "yes, there are still good people in this world!"
This man is one in a million. You would do well to use his services for any of your heating or cooling needs !! You will not regret it !

In the middle of storm, Benjamin furnace kept shutting off, called many places for help. Nobody could come because because of the storm reached out to Ugo step-by-step he was trying to help me out so he could figure out the problem and what he told me to do worked I so much appreciated that it would’ve been a very cold night. I will definitely switch my contractor to him. He went above and beyond.

My heating problem was solved after one visit. Turns out the radiators had air pockets and needed bleeding, something that likely had not been done in a long time before I bought the house. The Main Office/Ivana (spelling?) has excellent communication and customer service skills. She set expectations and answered all my questions when scheduling the appointment. Jordan arrived on time on the expected day during the expected window (which was very small-hooray). He answered all my questions and took his time reviewing his diagnosis and solution plan. Both individuals were professional, positive, helpful, and kind. Being a new homeowner I have recently dealt with a lot of service providers and Ugo DiGrazia and his team are excellent and real stand outs! I would recommend them.

Update: Jordan and his team returned the next day to address and addition piece of work I requested the previous day, to extend the boiler exhaust vent to higher than 18 inches off the ground. With the upcoming snow storm having it that low put me and my dog at risk. If the snow blocked such a low vent then my house would flood with carbon monoxide setting off alerts. I don't particularly want to have to flee my house in the middle of a snow storm when emergency personnel are stretched to their maximum. Evana/Jordan were able to fit me in the day after the original work - and on a Friday - and before Sunday's 'biggest snow storm in a decade'. I would recommend them!!!

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Ugo. I woke up this morning with no heat. I found Ugo’s number on my furnace so I called, and spoke with the man himself. Unfortunately he mentioned his techs were booked solid for the day but would see if he could move some things around. In the meantime he gave me some really helpful tips to try to self repair. Ultimately I got a call back saying he couldn’t free up any of his techs but he was in the area so he’d personally come over to diagnose/repair the issue.

Ugo showed up about 5 minutes later, was extremely professional, personable and was able to repair the issue within 20 minutes. He even refused to take my money. What an absolute legend.

Working with Ugo was a 10/10 experience. I won’t hesitate giving him and his team a call in the future.

Can't think of enough superlatives to use to describe the services provided by Ugo, Ivana and their team, and his unbelievable generosity. Had endless questions necessitating many phone calls and Ugo's repeated explanations of my particular requirements...all done with unending patience. Every member of the team was professional and equally patient and forthcoming with explanations of what they were doing, and they cleaned up the work area (much better than I would have!). My experience was completely positive and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
