We purchased our AC unit from this company five years ago, and overall the service has been reliable. When we purchased a new unit, we hoped it would reduce the need for frequent additional costs. However, it does feel like every six months there are additional parts or services recommended that require extra payment. It would be helpful if continued customers could receive more discounted pricing on parts and services.

Had a family friend recommend Kyzar to us after having issues with the last company we used. They sent over Dustin who thankfully helped us finally resolve our problems with our unit. He was on time, professional, and very helpful as far as getting everything back in order so we don’t have to stress about it anymore as well as answering all of our questions and concerns. Definitely one of the better companies we’ve used. I can see why they were recommended to us and we’d recommend their services as well.

From the moment he arrived, Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every step of the installation, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting.

During the install, Steve discovered several unexpected issues left behind by previous tenants. Instead of letting it slow things down, he handled each challenge with confidence, skill, and a level of problem-solving that truly impressed us. It’s rare to see someone who not only knows their craft so well but also takes such genuine pride in their work.

The variable-speed unit he recommended is unbelievably quiet and has already made a huge difference in our comfort. Yes, it was a higher upfront cost—but thanks to Steve’s guidance and expertise, we feel it was worth every single penny.
