Review of Robert’s Service Call - 1/15/26He was very personal and polite, a great service technician with excellent customer communication skills .Robert even remembered that the last time he was here, that I had just lost my dog.He also knew where he had to plug in to my electrical, since he has been here before. On one visit he even explained the reading on his gauges and what they meant.He was very thorough and meticulous through out the service call….. making sure the A/C was working perfectly, running both heat and cooling before he finished.He sincerely wanted to make sure my system was working properly.He is truly an asset to your business!
This is a great, reliable company. I called for service when my A/C unit wasn’t cooling, and they were able to send a technician within just a few hours. The technician did an excellent job and was extremely knowledgeable, he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He provided helpful recommendations on how to properly maintain my A/C, offered maintenance services, and even suggested a dryer air duct cleaning. I was very happy with the service and would 100% recommend this company. The technician’s customer service was a 20/10. Keep up the great work!
