Had Alvin Hollis replace the ductless mini split I have had for 18 years with a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless heat pump. They installed it in one day and removed all the old equipment. This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me. We use Alvin Hollis for all our heating and ac needs and highly recommend them.

The company services our systems regularly on schedule. The few time, as in this past week, when we have an emergency issue, Alvin Hollis techs respond ASAP. I travel quite a lot. They cleaned up their entire mess , leaving nothing in the basement. I highly recommend them , we’ve been using them for 8 years since we bought our house.
