I was so hot my air conditioning wasnt working so I hit them up and Ryan told me he was in NH, I told him how I was so hot without AC and could he come by on Monday and get my AC going and he came all the way down from New Hampshire on his day off to put some refrigerant on to get my AC working. I went to pay him because I was extremely happy because I am having a party tonight and already I was dreading it, and he said you dont have to pay me just make sure you and your friends have a good time at the party tonight. I cant believe there are still people like there out there. Totally saved my weekend.
Did a great job. Can’t give 5 stars because they charged $1100!!!! The last time I got this done it was $300 (discounted from $500 with a coupon). This time, I’ve been so sick I just scheduled someone without getting quotes in advance so that is MY bad. But I called two other business after to get a quote out of curiosity (just to hurt myself I guess lol) and they both came in under $800. Kicking myself cause now I’m wayyyyyyy over budget for the next two months, but live and learn! Like I said, tbey did great work! But it certainly certainly certainly was not worth $1100. Did I mention my house is less than 1000 square feet ?? That’s over $110 of vent cleaning per square foot of my house ! Ahhhh!!!
I was initially happy with Ryan’s responsiveness and communication when he installed a new hvac unit at my condo last summer. Since then I’ve had multiple issues with the heat/ac not adequately heating/cooling the house. The past month the ac has not been working properly, the house was not even cooling down more than 1 degree at times. Ryan refused to come out and look into it. He kept blaming the heat wave and the ductwork in my condo. Eventually he stopped responding at all, and I had to reach out to a different company. The other company came out and quickly identified a leak that was due to improper installation. I now have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix an issue that should be fixed at no charge by Ryan. Ryan was quick to respond when he was making thousands of dollars off of me, but less than a year later he left me high and dry. Would not recommend this company.
I highly recommend Dependable Air Solutions!! It was the weekend and my heat wasnt working I called several different companies and left messages upon messages, and to no avail not one got back to me accept Ryan From Dependable Air Solutions! I explained what the problem was and he said that he could come by within the hour to look at it himself. 30 minutes later Ryan was at my door! He assessed the situation explained to me what it was, told me what he had to do, and how much it would be I said Ok you are hired!! Ryan said he would be back in the A.M. with the parts to fix it and he was.I definitely highly recommend Dependable Air Solutions! Ryan and his crew were at my home bright and early on Sunday Morning they were very eager to get my heat working for me which they did. Ryan was very reasonable with the price, he could of charged extra where as it was a Sunday but he didnt! Thats why i definitely would call Ryan again if need be. I would recommend his business to anyone and everyone 100%!Dependable Air Solutions is the way to go if you want the job done quickly and correctly and for the right price!Thank You Ryan????
