Brady and other company members made me a priority because I was without hot water for days and was scrambling to get my house ready for house guests - ensuring that the day I pick up loved ones from the airport I knew I'd be coming home to a working new heater. A big win when I need to wash dishes and linens in hot water, and offer hot showers and baths to family coming in from a red eye flight. The system installed is a high quality brand and so far so good. The installation process was smooth sailing and I experienced a very trustworthy, professional, talented, hard working, and reliable person who takes his work seriously but has a very relaxed and friendly and kind working manner. Nick and Guy were very professional and did an excellent job with the replacement of our entire ejector pump and the basin that was embedded in the concrete slab. They kept a positive attitude through some tough work which involved concrete chipping, installing the new basin in new concrete, and dealing with the unpleasant odors of the ejector pump replacement. They went above and beyond to finish the job in the same day, even staying late and cleaning everything up well! They protected our carpets during the project and wore protective foot covers. The office also did a great job of sending me a photo of Nick and their van before they arrived, and they sent me photos of the in-progress and completed work. Great job Full Swing!
