Mike G came today to check over our furnace and make sure everything is running smoothly. He was efficient, friendly and gave us a clean bill of health for our furnace. A year ago, I contacted Advantage Air tech because there was a smell coming from our furnace room and I wanted to make sure it wasn't coming from the furnace. The tech was very nice and while here asked me if I wanted to sign up for their monthly plan which would include a once a year inspection on our furnace. This felt like a great deal to me, something we wouldn't have to worry about, wouldn't notice financially and then we could have the peace of mind in knowing our furnace is running smoothly. I was surprised when a year later, they called me and said they'd have a tech in the area to do my inspection and asked if I'd like to book it. I agreed and that's how Mike ended up here today. I'll admit I was skeptical, thinking this would be an upsell opportunity for the company or there would be some strings attached, but I'm happy to report it was none of these things. They did the inspection as promised and nothing was owed on my part. Great company, I feel lucky to have found them! Their monthly plan is a great value that I recommend!

I called late in the evening regarding a gas fireplace repair. Early the next morning, I received a call from Advantage Airtech advised them of the issue, received a quote and a service call was booked for that afternoon. The support person answered all my questions and was lovely.Joel, the serviceman arrived by the time stated. Joel was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue quickly and was able to resolve the matter. He provided me with a “ gas fireplace mini education” and answered all my questions with patience and in a way that made sense.
