Marco responded to a service call on my Carrier heatpump/ gas furnace combination, which is 2.5 years old. His methodical approach to problem solving and his step by step explanation to me was refreshing, coming from a service technician. He quickly resolved a thermostat programming issue by another local (Whitby) company that installed the system. Marco reviewed all the programming of my system and was able to improve its efficiency. Changes were also conducted on the furnace fan speed. He left only after ensuring that all his changes were working correctly and that I was satisfied with his work.
