Our fireplace suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago. After some research I reached out to Gabe and his team for support. He was very responsive and quick to determine the issue. He let us know what needed to be done and timelines. In just about a week (including ordering of a new part) him and his team came down and did the cleaning and installation in about half the time that another company quoted us. They were professional and personable. Our fireplace is working great again! I enjoyed working with Gabe and would reach out in the future if we ever need HVAC support!
