Propel (Dylan and AJ), have been looking after my home heating and cooling needs for the past couple of years, and I am very pleased with their service. Up until one week ago I had only had routine maintenance done, but then one very cold morning last week, I awoke to no heat. I called Propel at 7:15 am, and by 9 am they were at my house beginning to work on the problem. They had the furnace working again within approximately half an hour. It was only a band aid fix, Dylan explained, and a new part had to be ordered. Within 3 days it was ordered, the guys came back and installed it.
Dylan and AJ are both professional, informative, and respectful of my home. They are also very kind, and caring. I know I can count on them for great service.
