We had an AC unit not cooling below 77 degrees. Called my go-to HVAC folks and got a Technician sent same day. Cherish arrived and methodically started checking the system. She quickly identified the problem and had my home cooling in no time. Very impressive. I highly recommend this company and their team of highly qualified technicians for all your HVAC needs.
Cherish is a relatively new technician with Mike Graham, and today she serviced my unit. I have been with Mike Graham for many years, and my late husband was very satisfied with their customer service and their overall ability and knowledge of htg/ac repair. Cherish was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, and I look forward to having her take care of us.
Our annual AC maintenance check up was due, and Mike Graham was on it (thank goodness, because I can barely remember appts without putting them in my calendar). The technician, Daniel, came out to perform the check and he was super nice. Very informational, not overly pushy when offering services/extras that we don't necessarily need right now, and ensured that I stayed in the know while he was conducting the check on our unit. We have their membership where they come and check your HVAC unit twice a year for $12.50 a month; if you don't have that, you're missing out!
Daniel and Aiden came by for my maintenance on my HVAC unit were very quick and informative. I e en had special instructions for them when cleaning the unit due to a house leveling project and they paid close attention to where they were running the water when cleaning. Very polite young men!
I had a new AC/Heat Pump installed and am very happy to say that it works beautifully. Justin and David installed this unit without difficulty. Their expertise was evident in everything they did. They were so professional and polite and even cleaned up so well that I didn't feel like they left a mess! Also, Donnie was out on site helping and cleaning as the guys worked. Donnie was very informative walking me through the process and information regarding the unit. I'm very impressed! I highly recommend a paid day off for these guys they deserve it!
