Scheduling our service appointment was quick & easy, very helpful staff with great communication for our appointment time and arrival of our technician. Landon was our technician and he did a great job explaining everything to us and making the necessary repairs. Definitely will call if we need anything in the future.
Otis hvac was a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and professional. They even called on the weekend to get us set up for installation sooner when our units had to be replaced and it was going to be inclement weather for several days in a row so we did not have to go without heat. Would recommend to friends and family.
Customer service was excellent, very informative on what to expect. I called on the weekend and price was fair. An estimated time of arrival was given, and a picture of the technician that was coming was sent when he was on his way. Problem was fixed, and at the price quoted.The technician was professional and explained what he was doing. Overall great service and experience. I would highly recommend to anyone !
Always professional and friendly. They installed a completely new heating and air conditioning unit for us. The ductwork was all under the house and had to be moved to the attic. They did an awesome job! No problems or issues with the new install and the complementary checks since install are a great bonus. Highly recommend!
Otis Air Conditioning sent out Landon to do yearly maintenance on our HVAC system on 05 April 2023 and he was awesome! Very detail oriented, honest, professional and very courteous. I walked with him and he explained everything he was doing and checking. He took pictures to show me the condition of my coils and fan. I couldn't be happier with Otis Air Conditioning and Landon our technician. Will definitely be using their services going forward. Strongly will recommend them to my family and friends.
