The service technicians were knowledgeable, of course, but better yet they were friendly and diligent in making sure my unit was working before they left. The job was quite a puzzle and took a few hours to get done but they made sure I had heat because a big winter storm was coming in quick!I highly recommend Trinity Air!
Trinity saved me thousands of dollars being able to repair the unit that was in the house we bought. We had already spent well over a thousand dollars to repair a 2 year old mini split system and it still wasn't working. Decided to replace the system so started getting quotes for a new system Trinity was one company we called. Long story short Steve called and said he thought they could repair the system if I wanted to try again. The system is repaired and has been running for well over a month now. Thank you Trinity

Kelly and Brian came out to install my new unit and were amazing at communicating with me throughout the whole process. Katelyn is so friendly and personable on the phone calls. Rich came back out to do a follow up after installation and just like his initial visit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated with me the whole time.
