Such a great group of people. Kind, honest, experienced and competitive. Joe did a very thorough maintnance job and found and explained the issue with our furnace and replaced the part in the same visit. He's very knowledgeable and they will not overcharge you. They have excellent prices compared to the other companies I called. I wanted to avoid a huge hvac company where you don't know who you will get. I'm happy to have found them and to support this local business!
I woke up to a cold house. Something was going on with the furnace. I called Specialized Services when they opened and they were able to send out a tech, 1st appt for the day. Had to replace a switch on my furnace which he had on hand. It was a quick fix, now back in working order. Warming us up again.Quick response, great service and good price. Specialized came to my rescue the same day I called. Joe replaced the heating ignition element and ran a few test runs. My home was back to being warm and comfy in no time at all. It always feels good to know that for over 2 decades, Specialized has always served me well.
