Salt Air AC, Heat Pump & Electrical Repair

Everyone we have dealt with from Salt air has been great to work with. From the initial HVAC inspection performed by (Daniel?) offering his expertise on options (I.e. cost for maintenance or full system replacement due to age). John Ross showed up the same day and was very knowledgeable, providing an inspection, recommendations/options, finance and maintenance programs for a new HVAC system. John, CJ and Brittany performed the initial install and then John Ross provided an inspection, which was followed by CJ coming back to replace the trunk line and vents, and installing the scrubber. We would definitely recommend salt air to friends and family. In addition, John Cutler has been performing electrical work, hooking up our hot tub to a new line, changing out plugs and switches and bringing formerly added rooms by the previous owner up to code and working with us to plan outside junction box extensions. Although this was our first time dealing with Salt Air, working through the entire process with them was a great pleasure. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, professional, and focused on our requirements. His proposal was not the best but made us feel more comfortable with the project. We had three members of their installation team arrive on time and prepared to do the installation of the mini split unit we had ordered. These young gentlemen were just as professional as the sales representative. They took great care while working within our home and continued to communicate with us throughout the entire process. When the installation was completed, they walked us through the utilization of the system to insure we understood the features. Even the inside support team communicated with us to make sure everything was moving along properly and timely. The impression we received from their entire team, was this was more than a job but a commitment to service. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Daniel was very professional! He was polite and explained everything in detail so we could understand what was going on. He was able to get the parts we needed to fix the problem. They were delivered to our house the same day and Daniel got everything done in a timely manner, with no issues. He explained costs very thoroughly before ordering the parts, so we wouldn't be blindsided. He was a nice young man who was very knowledgeable about his job. Really impressed with Salt Air. Scheduling was easy and efficient (with an impressive AI agent) and I was kept informed of the arrival time of my technicians (along with a photo and bio). Following a comprehensive review of my systems and the issues experienced, I was presented an overview of their findings along with prices to remediate the issues. The techs were knowledgeable and provided recommendations to limit my out of pocket costs. My lone piece of constructive criticism is the flat rate charged to find a leak, but I’m sure that has its pros and cons. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

The team from Salter Air & Heating did an amazing job. They found a very simple fix for one of our issues and saved us hundreds of dollars by solving a straightforward wiring problem instead of pushing us to replace an entire unit. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out and made us feel great about trusting their team. On top of that, they thoroughly cleaned our mini-split air conditioner—it looks and runs so much better now. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely looking out for the customer. Highly recommend Salter Air & Heating! Especially Daniel he went above and beyond??
