Fern and son Alex installed furnace, AC, HVAC etc when house was built 2015. Fern was always available for questions and advice, even came out and solved strange whistling sound in cold air return. In the last years he had Alex work on latest projects, adding venting to new downstairs bathroom, and again with questions on all the supported products.. always available and often free if no visit required. Of all the technicians who worked in house, he and Alex are personal, they are like a friend in sharing and helping....with very fair pricing!.Today was no exception, 10 years later furnace not blowing hot air, its a long weekend. Called Fern, who told me Alex was working. I called, he was out in 2 hours!!Right to the issue...had the motor and fan assembly out in 5 minutes, focused on a switch with condensation.No ah huh at end, stated confidentiality that should do it. And it did....with his vast experience with this unit explained honestly what known problem would be!Less than .5 hr in and out!We are so fortunate to have a family run business like this, and Fern lucky to have such a dedicated professional son Alex to carry on the name!

I believe this is unheard of and so I am extremely grateful! The crew was fantastic, they were careful and did a great job. You can see the attention to detail in their work and I really appreciated that everything was cleaned up before they left the job. Had cracks in my 19 year old heat exchanger, they came in the next morning and did a new furnace in just under four hours. The crew was respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and did high quality work. I'm really happy with how much tidier everything looks compared to my original furnace.Ferns was also Honest, upfront, and the pricing was more than fair. I would recommend them to anyone.
