Farwest has always provided great service for our furnace; today, they continued that trend by installing a completely new furnace/heat pump system. The crew (including Jaime, Wyatt, Zack, and Juan) were courteous and efficient. They answered all of our questions and were friendly and patient. Nate was our initial contact, and he walked us through the process and gave us our options with honesty and clarity. Aurora in the office was also fantastic. Great team, great work, will definitely use again, would recommend.
Payton was amazing, he helped my parents a lot. He made sure that a temporary AC was brought to their house , and the estimate was very reasonable. Jose brought the unit and helped Payton hook it up. They were both very professional and polite. Thank you!
We have been with another company for about 8 years now over 3 different properties. We moved into a new house last year and the summer in our upstairs flex room was brutal. Barely tolerable unless the free standing AC was running. This winter we solicited quotes from 2 reputable companies for a split and two of them came in at 16 to 25k. By chance we met a realtor who mentioned far west. They were prompt on their quote and a fraction of the price of the other two. But why I finally went with Farwest was the Integrity. He took me aside and said, look, we could do a mini split but....I think adding a hot air return at less than 10% of the cost will do the trick. And by golly he was right. Room feels almost the same as downstairs. This company gave me an amazing solution even if it meant they lost out on a 10k+ sale. However they will be doing all my hvac work now on all our properties. Top notch company.
Called them up to tear out an 85 year old oil furnace behind a wall and replace it with a heat pump. Very good crew they had, they tackled the challenge happily! Installed everything clean and neat like it was made to be there!
